Playdoh M’s – Reinforce the first letter your child learned by taking some Playdoh and making the letter “M” together on a table surface. As you make the letter, be sure to say “Emmm” and “Muh-muh-monkey” to reinforce the sound of the letter and the word. If “M” is too easy, try making little monkeys out of Playdoh instead!

Animal Impersonations – You’ll need the animal cards that live in the Rain Forest. Have your child select a card and act out the animal. You and your family guess the animal! Winner acts out the next animal!

Bananas, of course! It never hurts to play with your food: make monkey noises with your child as you peel your bananas and eat it like a monkey! Add a little nut butter for a richer, more filling snack.
